The only accurate information regarding our services, hours of operation, and policies is available on our official website: paolinailspa.com. We do not honor pricing listed on unauthorized websites, as we have never posted our prices online. Prices are only honored as posted at our salon locations.
Coupons: We accept printed coupons from nearby salons for regular manicures and pedicures only.
Student Discount: A 10% discount is available for students with a valid school ID.

General Information:
At Paoli Nail Spa, our mission is to provide exceptional service in a clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment. To ensure the best experience for all, please review our etiquette and spa policies.

Etiquette:
Please wash your hands before any manicure service, as our technicians maintain strict hygiene practices between clients.
To ensure a relaxing experience for all, we kindly ask that you limit cell phone use and set devices to silent/vibrate mode while in our salons.

Policies:
No refunds on services rendered.
We are not responsible for personal items left behind but will make every effort to hold them until you return.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Children under 16 require verbal or written consent from a parent/guardian for artificial nail services (e.g., gel, acrylic, dip powder).

Nail Fixes: If you scrape or chip your nails, we will repair them. If you leave dissatisfied without notifying us, contact the salon within 24 hours to arrange a repair appointment within 7 days of the initial service. Speak to your technician or the onsite manager if you’re unhappy with your service.
Repairs or tip replacements due to breakage/damage incur a small fee.
Our technicians are experts in nail care—feel free to ask for tips to maintain your service.
We do not post pricing online or honor prices from other websites.
We only advertise on our official website paolinailspa.com.
Weather-related closures will be posted at the top of each page on our website.
Please do not leave voicemails, as answering machines are not monitored.

COVID-19 Policies:

Group Parties:
Private parties require advance reservations and a 20% deposit for scheduled services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, or the deposit is non-refunded. Additional fees may apply for private parties.
For events like birthdays, corporate gatherings, or bridal/bachelorette parties, please book in advance and inform us if bringing food, drinks, liquor, or decorations.

Late Arrival Policy:
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may reschedule your appointment or offer an abbreviated service to avoid conflicts with other bookings.
Call ahead if you’re running late so we can advise you of any potential wait times.
Appointments take priority; walk-ins are served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Consistent no-shows may result in loss of appointment privileges.

Payment Methods:
We accept Cash, Debit, Credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and Paoli Nail Spa Gift Certificates.
We do not accept checks or offer cash back on debit cards.
Tips cannot be added to credit card payments, and we keep minimal cash for change.

Gift Certificates:
Treat gift certificates like cash; lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced or refunded.
Certificates are valid for services only, with no cash back for unused portions (can be saved for future services).
Altered certificates are void.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy, including health, credit card, and contact information.
When booking, provide a phone number so we can contact you if a technician is unavailable or to reschedule.

Health History and Illness:
Please inform us if you are pregnant, diabetic, or have conditions like allergies, fungal infections, or skin issues to ensure safe service.
If you’re feeling ill (e.g., coughing, sneezing), please cancel and reschedule. If you must visit while sick, wear a mask to protect others. Illness in enclosed spaces can spread and impact vulnerable individuals.

Handicapped Patrons:
We strive to accommodate patrons with disabilities. We offer wheelchair-accessible manicure tables and foot polish services for those seated in wheelchairs. Due to insurance restrictions, technicians cannot assist with or allow use of pedicure chairs for those unable to seat themselves, to prevent fall risks.
